AOR AR-DV1 Analog / Digital 100 KHz 1300 MHz Multi-Mode Radio Receiver Scanner
This sale is for an AOR AR-DV1 wideband scanning receiver capable of covering from 100 KHz - 1300 MHz (less cellular band) in virtually all analog and digital modes. Outside of government encrypted signals, if you are within the receiving range and have a proper receiving antenna, you will likely have access to whatever signals are being transmitted. Cosmetically, this is a new receiver. The prior owner had multiple receivers and this was one of his unused spares that he traded to me. Please carefully review our pictures for precise cosmetic condition. Operationally, we tested the AR-DV1 on a variety of analog signals available in our area. It performed wonderfully with excellent sensitivity and no known issues. We do not have signals available to test the digital modes, but believe that the receiver will offer similar excellent performance if you require a good receiver for such signals. The AR-DV1 comes in its original box with AC adapter, telescopic antenna, copy of the user manual, a couple of copies of product brochures, a couple of receiver reviews, and a CD containing the user manual and other documents. The AR-DV1 was the first multi-mode digital voice receiver to receive and decode virtually all popular digital modes including: MOTOTRBOTM, DMR, dPMRTM, APCO P25, NXDNTM, Icom D-StarTM, Digital CR, Yaesu, Kenwood®, and Alinco EJ-47U as well as conventional analog signals.
With this breakthrough development, AOR offers the monitoring community a powerful new tool that receives multiple digital formats in addition to traditional analog operations in a compact receiver built for high sensitivity and selectivity. Giving monitoring operators the ability to receive a wide variety of digital and analog frequencies, the AR-DV1 can be used by military, federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, emergency managers, diplomatic services, news-gathering operations, and home monitoring enthusiasts in areas where government, law enforcement, amateur radio operators and public safety agencies use different digital formats.
The AR-DV1 can be used with or without a computer. Wide band coverage from 100kHz to 1300MHz (cellular frequencies blocked).
Computer control for easier programming and monitoring operation. A micro USB computer interface.
Built-in SD/SDHC card reader for audio recording. Higher 1st IF frequency 1705 MHz provides higher image rejections.
CSV memory data capability for frequency uploads/ downloads and firmware updates. 2000 memory channels (50 channels X 40 banks).
