This listing is for a complete repeater for the 2 meter amateur radio band. Allstar and echo link work and frequencies anywhere between 144-148MHz are valid. You will need 12 volts and either two antennas or a duplexer to use this as a repeater. This node utilizes the top of the line Kenwood VHF transceiver, and the radio has been modified by me for use as a AllStar simplex node. Connect Raspberry pi to internet connection (Preferably ethernet). Go to the frequency with your 2m mobile or portable radio, and enjoy worldwide connections. If you put a good antenna on the node at a good location, the range can exceed 60 miles. A short instruction sheet will be included.

Tested Motorola Kenwood Mobile Radio for link radio. USB interface hand built to interface audio and signalling connections to the raspberry pi. Raspberry pi running AllStar link, and custom configured to your CallSign configuration. Micro USB to USB cable for the pi power. Please submit programming info shortly after you pay, so I know what to put in your radio.
