This sale is for an Icom IC-PCR1500 computer controlled receiver that gives you amazing control over a wide range of receiving frequencies using a number of features and listening modes to keep you entertained for hours of enjoyable listening. Thus, with the proper antenna and within the transmitters range, you can hear the analog signals of amateur radio operators, shortwave broadcasts, air traffic, emergency responders, FM broadcasts, and much more. Since this is a computer controlled receiver, we ask that you please verify that this receiver will work with your computer. This is an older receiver using older operating system software so we are not aware of what the software may be compatible with specific computers outside what is stated on the Icom website. Often times you can download updated software to enable older receivers to work with newer software, but this will be up to you to research to be sure that you can utilize this unit. Doing a web search, we found that you can download software to operate the IC-PCR1500 using Windows 7, but we don't know if this can be utilized with Windows 10.

This Windows 7 operational updated software was burned to a CD disc and is included in this sale. Please look at our pictures to see what is included with this receiver. We are also including a ground wire, USB cable extension, copy of the Icom brochure, a couple of reviews of this receiver, and a CD containing these documents plus software to utilize with Windows 7.

While the receiver comes with the small home antenna, we recommend using an outside antenna, if possible, for maximum reception.
