There is enough information on this receiver that Im not going to attempt to repeat it here. And you can find more articles than you could possibly have time to read. This receiver is completely functional in all respects and I would rate it at a 9.5/10 physically. Latest firmware is 1.07 but I have not tried to upgrade it myself.

I have no idea if this unit is blocked or not. But it does tune thru all of the cellular bands.

It also appears to have. But only because that function is active.

I do not know how to determine from the front panel which version or what options are in the receiver but Ill be glad to check if you can tell me what I need to do. My primary focus is Test Equipment from the 30's to the present. We use foam in place packaging and new double-wall boxes for items like this to make sure it gets to you just as shown in the pictures.
