Vertex VX-5500U VX5500U UHF (450-490MHz) 250 Channel 45 Watt Mobile Radio. This is a 250 Ch 45 watt radio with a band split of 450-490 MHz. Radio comes with power cable and palm mic. Unit is in great shape and guaranteed fully operational. Free programming is available (1-16).

The one-piece die-cast enclosure doubles as its chassis, yielding extreme strength for resistance against shock and vibration and avoids over-heating. One VX-5500 Control Head and two RF Decks on different bands may be networked for dual-band operation.

If out of range more than 2 minutes, the radio senses no signal and beeps to alert the user.
