The original antenna is not included unless I can find it. There is some minor damage which I tried to show in the images. The plastic next to the screen is a little cut The bottom left button has some of the black part rubbed off and some of the backlight can bleed through. I tried to show in images so please refer to them but I do not find these to be significant. Refer to images for everything else included. Let me know if you have any questions.
